Return Policy

At Ivory & Sage, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please review the following policy carefully.

Return Conditions

  • A return request may only be made after you have physically received your order.

  • All return shipping costs, including international postage and customs fees, are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it beyond fitting purposes is not allowed.

  • Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of returning part or all of the order is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via info@ivory-sage.ca within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.

  3. Return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or international shipping costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected at our supplier’s facility, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method.
Please note that all shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the courier if the tracking status confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
